Sellafield's VR training programme for electrical isolations delivered transformative outcomes across safety, efficiency, and workforce capability:

• 900+ days of time saved in the current state, rising to 2,013 days in the future state

• £270k cost savings, scaling to £605k 

• 99.9% user satisfaction and confidence uplift

• 1,800 days reduction in time-at-risk, growing to 4,026 days

• Rapid skills acceleration: 10-week average uplift per nominated person
